Jamie Scholl is an Organizational Development Specialist that focuses on making data driven decisions by using Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Evaluation Research as tools to develop appropriate methodologies to collect and analyze data. Continuing to refine my skill sets and learning to leverage human capital through leadership and organizational development is the next challenge in my career.  I am excited to become a team member of an organization with a global presence and focus on creating sustainable and environmentally responsible products and services.
